Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of the fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, and once the wig start to produce means the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows.

1.Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Orders canceled after 12 hours, sorry to say that we will charge 40% of the payment as the material fee for the manufacturer.

3.Orders canceled after we have posted to you, sorry to say that we will charge 50% of the payment for the material fee and the postage.

Return Policy

If you want to return your order, please contact us with all your questions and concerns first. Give us your order number within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange or refund the item. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any items must be original packed. All packages should be sent via a tractable method. We are sorry that we cannot responsible for the lost in transit. How to apply wefts

Gather the Necessary Tools:
1. Toupee Clips   2. Cold Fusion Tape    3. Salon Professional

• Step 1: Cut wefts to size and sew on toupee clips.

  
• Step 2: Use cold fusion tape to apply custom cut extensions for a day, a week, or a month!

• Step 3: Apply the glued side to your sectioned hair at the root area and press firmly. You can use a hair dryer on the cool shot setting to set the glue.

  

• Step 4: Apply the other strips of weft in the same way. Once completed the bonding process allow 20 minutes for the glue to set. Don’t pull extensions when washing and brushing. Ensure top weft will not be visible when all the hair is down.

  
• Step 5: These super versatile wefts can be cut and applied by using clips, cold fusion, or other methods of application. Your salon professional can make these customizable extension wefts your ultimate new.

How to fit/ remove pre-bonded hair extensions

1). How to attach Nail /U tip hair extensions The process to apply Step 1: Create a horizontal part using a tail comb or your fingers starting about one inch above your ears. Twist a section of your hair and clip it out of the way using duck-bill clip(s). Step 2:Insert a template to protect your hair and fix up, twist the hair as a hank/strand. Step 3: Encase the hair bank/strand with pre tipped hair, put the hair connector under hair. Smoothly moved the hair for 3 seconds, and roll with your fingers, and sticky tightly.
